Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING

 •Please reach out if you are running a few minutes late. Maximum lateness arrival is 15 min. After 15 min, your appointment is at risk to being cancelled. In the case you have passed the time limit, your deposit will unfortunately be forfeited and non-credible towards another appointment. 

 • If you cannot make your appointment, kindly let me know, out of respect for my time. Any no shows will be banned completely and you will be charged 50% of service with card on file . 

• Rescheduling must be done 24 HRS prior to your appointment. If you wish to reschedule, your deposit will be applicable ONCE within the same month. Failure to do so will result in your deposit being forfeited. All LAST MINUTE reschedules REQUIRE a NEW deposit. Cancellations will result in forfeited deposit. 

 • FOR LASH FILLS: You MUST have a MINIMUM of 50% of lashes remaining on each eye. Feel free to send a picture to confirm prior to booking! ANY SET PAST 3.5 WEEKS IS A FULL SET! 

 • Please book accordingly, lash extensions are NOT meant to be rushed! Plan your day accordingly, especially if you have other appointments booked for the day. Your entire time slot is dedicated to your appointment to ensure a proper and full service. 

•Remaining balance MUST be paid in full in CASH . 

 • PLEASE come with CLEAN bare lashes. NO makeup, strip lash glue, or mascara! While each service comes with a complimentary lash bath, the buildup of these products causes me to take extra time cleaning your lashes, which ultimately takes away from your appointment time. 

 •Lash Concern: I will offer a complimentary touch up to fix any lashes within 3 days after appointment. After 3 days, there will be a small fee of $20 depending on the amount of days your last appointment was and depending on how small or big of a fix it is. If there are any retention issues, you would begin to see signs within the first 3 days. Please feel free to contact me in the rare case this will occur. Aftercare is in your control, so please make sure you are following proper aftercare, & please feel free to message me with any questions or concerns! 

•There are NO REFUNDS once service has been rendered!! 

• I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY CLIENT WHO DOES NOT RESPECT THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS!!
